Our story

Olea began with a single wood-fired hearth and a stubborn belief: that the best food is unhurried. We cook the Mediterranean the way it's meant to be eaten — slowly, generously, and always around a table.
Produce arrives each morning from growers we know by name. Fish from the North Sea coast, olive oil pressed by a family in Puglia, herbs cut the same day. Nothing travels far, and nothing is rushed.
